When we first started operations in the Asia region in August 2013, we have made several
exceptions to our administrative procedures to facilitate growth in a new market. An example of this
was the omission of performance fee till 2
nd
December 2013.

Over the past few months, there has been a significant increase in the number of clients in FX
Zenith and consequently leads to a much higher workload. As such, it is important for us to
streamline some of our procedures to increase our efficiency.

Initially, withdrawals were supposed to be processed on a monthly basis as stated in our FAQ.
However, we have been processing them as soon as we received a request and clients would have
received their withdrawals within a week. With the increase in the amount of workload, we will
now have to process withdrawals on a semi-monthly basis. We are also anticipating the shift to
monthly withdrawal beginning 1
st
March 2014 with the forecasted growth of the company in the
next quarter.

From 1

J anuary 2014, all withdrawals will be done on a semi-monthly basis. If a withdrawal
request is submitted between 1
st
and 15
th
of the current month, clients would receive their funds on
the 1
st
of the NEXT calendar month. If a withdrawal request is submitted between 16
th
and the last
day of the current month, clients would receive their funds on the 16
th
of the NEXT calendar
month. Please be reminded that if the 1

or 16
th
falls on weekends or public holidays, clients would
receive their funds on the following working day.

If you withdraw US$1,000 on 2
