I would lower the
prices for gas, rent,
and electricity
because I think that
these expenses are
a bit overboard.
I would also put
more medical
facilities, police
stations and fire
stations in the area
so they can get to
places quicker.

2. There are a l ot of shops basi cally everywhere. Even i f i ts
not a bi g shopping di strict l i ke Cori o Vi l l age, there s shops
such at streets such as Donnybrook, Robi n Avenue and Al kira.
3. There are a l ot of school s, most notabl y our school ;
Northern Bay Col l ege, si nce i t i s mul ti - campus.

The onl y bad thi ngs about 3214 are:
1. Lots of l i tter
2. There aren t many public pl aces that teenager and chi l dren
to hang around at.
