A low pass fitter at output side can be used for suppressing issues of noise if frequency range
is known
Linearity
Linearity of circuit can be achieved either the use of half bride or full bridge
configuration .
If quarter bridge (only one strain gauge) a linearizing circuit can be used for
above purposes

Temperature dependency
Use stain gauges of same material and specification and manufacture
Supporting material should have small expansion coefficient
Make use of compensation circuits
Dummy bridges with very large change in temperature coefficient and very
small change temperature coefficient of resistance with some arm
configuration can be full fill this problem
Some NTC with same rate of change of temp coefficient can be used
