BUFFERED ACIDIFIED PLATE TEST

General Information
TEST OVERVIEW
80 l of serum and 30 l of antigen are dispensed onto a
clear glass plate and mixed with a stirrer to a circumference
of approximately 27mm. The plate is rotated 4 times,
coered and incu!ated for 4 minutes at room temperature.
The plate is then rotated 4 additional times, coered and
incu!ated an additional 4 minutes. The results are read
using an illuminator.
