Server Support Engineer

1- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems on terminal server hosted to our clients
2- Collaborate with system administrators to prevent system downtime
3- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
4- Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing clients via calls, chats and
Emails.
5- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and applications problems to
help minimize downtime
6- Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of Accounting/Tax software such as QuickBooks,
ACT, ATX etc.
7- Managing user accounts on Servers.
8- Basic knowledge of windows server, cloud technology and virtualization
9- Excellent knowledge of windows troubleshooting
10- Good knowledge of outlook configuration and its functions
11- Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Terminal Servers
12- Opportunity to learn and work on servers
13- Familiar with Windows Operating System Environments.
14- Willing to work in night shifts and 24/7 support environment.
15- Excellent Communications Sills.
16- Training will be provided.
