Position Senior Production Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Within the framework of the production instructions given by the Production manager, is in charge of
raw mix preparation, grinding, clinker and cement production, cement storage after milling in
accordance with Quality Assurance procedures and environment regulations.
Coordinate all interventions in case of breakdown.
Take over the direct responsibility for the control of kiln and mill in case of complicated situation.
Guarantee the respect of the planned consumption of the electrical power.
Ensure proper use of the equipment in particular to avoid damage.
Organize and control the work of relevant team members.
Adapt the tasks of the maintenance employees on shifts.
Adapt the sampling and analysis to the shift quality situation taking into account ISO procedures.
Collaborate with Quarry and Process Department.
Monitor the implementation of Safety procedures.

Position Electrical Engineer (Maintenance)
Responsibilities
De bottle necking and perform design calculation to overcome the bottlenecks.
Performs Electrical design, instrumentation application and process analysis.
Analysis of chronic problems related to plant equipments, suggest solutions to overcome problems and
implement the recommendations.
Look for improvements, simplification and standardization of electrical maintenance procedures.
Conduct site study, prepare layouts and cost estimate for each project proposal.
Set up work control to ensure proper execution of approved plan and design construction methods, procedures,
specifications, quality, cost and safety.
Participate in preparation of tender documents.
Perform electrical engineering design for 13KV, 6.6 KV and 480 V power distribution system and related
engineering calculations including cable sizing.
Develop hook up and interface diagrams for new equipments and instruments.
Budget preparation for capital expenditure projects with justification on investment and budget presentation to
the engineering chief engineer.
Follow up with suppliers and technical interactions with suppliers; arrange site visits, interaction with plant
people.
Analyze spare parts that are failing frequently and take required countermeasures while ordering including
revise technical specification, modify design, insist for better quality
Update technical documents, information, drawings.
Plan various activities for the implementation of the project including preparatory jobs and shutdown jobs.
Coordination and involvement with plant for smooth implementation of projects.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and
controls across the EPM section to guarantee employees safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality
products/services and responsible in environmental attitude.

Position Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
Execute and manage all mechanical maintenance working orders.
Initiate and review internal and external purchasing orders related to mechanical maintenance.
Follow-up the execution of programmed maintenance works, organizes plans and programs for both preventive

Position CCR Operator
Responsibilities
Ensure that safety of equipment's & employees, quality & cost related issues are under control. Report immediately
any abnormal situation.
To provide concise shift reports and handovers to ensure continued smooth operation.
Responsibility for ensuring that the operation of the Kiln Raw Milling and Cement Milling systems remains within the
environmental operating limits.
Prepare for operation, start up and shut down cement mills processes, start up and shut down burning and milling
processes, monitor and optimize operations.
Operating the Plant to the process and quality parameters set by the production and quality department and providing
precise and clear log reports for shift handover and day shift departments as set out.
Monitoring KPIs and optimizing the process within the parameters set.

Responsibilities
