EVO offers new merchants the opportunity for reimbursement of early termination fees of up to $250.00 when switching their processing to EVO. In
order to be eligible for the early termination fee reimbursement program the merchant must: (i) enter into a new Merchant Agreement with EVO; and (ii)
provide a paid receipt demonstrating that the merchant paid an early termination fee to its prior processor when it switched its processing relationship to
EVO. Merchants meeting this criteria will be reimbursed the actual amount of the early termination fee paid, up to $250.00. All monies are paid directly
to the merchant, not the prior processor. In the event that merchant terminates the Merchant Agreement before the end of the 3 year term, merchant
agrees to repay EVO all amounts paid by EVO to merchant hereunder. In the event that merchant stops processing for ten (10) business days (other
than a seasonal merchant during its off season period), merchant agrees to repay EVO all amounts paid by EVO to merchant hereunder.

Nothing contained herein shall amend, modify or alter the terms of the Merchant Agreement
