The primary data will be collected from senior bank professionals who can provide valuable

information about the implementation of corporate governance practices in the recent past.
The questionnaire mechanisms will be used very systematically to elicit views on corporate
governance attributes.
Selecting a sample procedure for this dissertation was never an easy task because it is tough
to get a chance to interview senior bank professional and easy access to fill up questionnaire
through senior officials. The use convenience sampling is made; as the questionnaires have
been, send to senior banking professionals. The sample size for the questionnaire was 10
respondents.
