.t is a $ctional love story but even
though it is, . believe a love li/e this
e0ist but maybe not e0actly ali/e& .
truly believe it represents true love
because the pairing seems so
balanced& %hy . say the pairing is
balanced is because these two
characters are not ali/e in their
personalities& 1s Rhett is a more wiser,
patient and 2uite generous /ind of
man but Scarlett is more immature,
impatient and self-centred but they
both have one thing in common, they
both are very passionate but for
di3erent things& Rhett seem to /now
he is in love with Scarlett from the
start but Scarlett seem to thin/ she is
still in love with her all-time crush
1shley %il/es, who is married to his
cousin&
4urthermore, why . really believe
they symboli+e true love is because
they have this strong chemistry since
the $rst time they caught each others
eyes& esides that, sometimes without
reali+ing or even when they do it on
purpose, they always want to attract
each others attention& 1nd as for
Scarlett since she thin/s she is so in
love with 1shley and that Rhett seem
to have feelings for her she 5ust seem
to have a strong hatred towards him
that is too much it actually is love
which when she reali+es it, it is already
too late&
.n my perspective, this $lm gives
people the courage to believe it is
never too late 5ust as Scarlett O Hara
said 6after all, tomorrow is another
day7 after Rhett leaves her& 8ven
though the ending is left hanging
which ma/es it not a fairytale ending,
but that is what ma/es it loo/ more
real, because in real life things dont
5ust end happily easily without a lot of
e3orts are put into it& So . hope . have
