ABSTRACT
Introduction % &urns of the hands ay result in the foration of 'e( space

Reconstruction of the 'e( coissure is the ost technically challenging part of

t'o stage procedures. -n this report, one stage reconstruction 'as perfored
Case Report : A . years old girl, right handed doinant, cae to hospital due to
M/0 1oint contracture and 'e( space contractures of . digits. These syptos
persist since 2 years after (urn in1ury.
Method % a ,uadrangular flap techni,ue is used. The skin defects are closed 'ith
full thickness skin graft.
Result % This techni,ue has achie#ed good functional and cosetic results3 there
