_____ Dig/layout the area needing digging for your helper

_____ Cut out broken section and repair
_____ Rake landscaping back to a rough finish
_____ Call customer to ask if they are going to accept your bid
_____ Collect down payment
_____ Remove temporary line
_____ Explain to customer what needs to be done and that we will be getting them a written bid
_____ Explain to customer that you are finished, show them what you did and answer any questions
