The video shows the existing beam in the suspended roof, which will hold trimmer
beams of dimension 254 x 146 UB 43. This drawing has been issued out to Jason
himself to pass onto the builder.

The meeting took place with Jason Whale of Elevators ltd, with his builder and
contractor. This builder has previously installed similar lift types and will hence be
used. Also present in the meeting was Mr Anil Sutaria Facilities manager of CGG.

Discussion was about the method of works involved in the construction of the lift
shaft. The builder proposed methods of ensuring safety and cleanliness of task. He
proposed this by saying there will be a curtain wall. Minor scaffolding will be put up
to allow the access of the beam at roof level. A diamond saw will be used to cut
through the slab.
