Greetings!

We, B.S. Accountancy students, are asking your good office to allow us to take an overload of 9 units which
would give us a total of 30 units this 2nd semester S.Y. 2009-2010 because of the following reasons:

1. ACC 235 (Advanced Accounting) is a prerequisite of ACC 245 (Management Advisory Services)
and ACC 250 (Contemporary Accounting Issues and Trends).
2. ACC 240 (Auditing Problems) is a prerequisite of ACC 245 (Management Advisory Services).
3. We are to take up the remaining last 3 units which we would not be able to get this 2nd semester of
SY 2009-2010 this summer S.Y. 2010 and to graduate also under summer S.Y. 2010.
4. We are considering having an overload because of time and financial constraints.
