+ Tool: hard disc, DVD disc, communication cable,
mechanic tool,
Upload Station to PC
Back up OPC server: Export/Import Station

Reinstall:
+ Window: 7 or Server 2008, office, virus,
+ Simatic net: configure OPC server
+ Step 7: (if not install NCM PC)
Setup communication OPC server & PLC
Import Station
Test communication between PLC to DCS: OPC

Prepare: hardware configuration
Upload Station to PC
Interrupt power supply, remove memory card
Change new PLC hardware: Power supply module, CPU,
communication module, I/O modules, memory card,
battery(Hardware and Installation file)
Supply power, setup PLC to PC connection
Configure hardware and software if the difference
hardware.
Download Station to PLC
Test


Upload/download program/Station
Connect cable PC PLC: Profibus, MPI, Ethernet

Driver; set IP address (if necessary)
Sematic manager options set PG/PC
Interface choose hardware (properties,
Diagnostics, test, Select); configure network;
PLC (Download, upload to PG, upload station to
