1. Prepare the challan in the name of ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd., mention the value
of each unit Rs. 250/-.
2. Till the value of the challan is Rs. 24999/- no road permit is required and the
consignment can be despatched directly and the enclosed form needs to be filled
up and mailed to Ms. Neha and send alongwith the consignment also.
3. In case the value of the challan is Rs. 25000/- or more before sending the
consignment please apply for road permit ST-38 which is required for entering
the goods inside Gurgaon.
4. While applying for road permit pls. mention the address where the road permit is
required to be despatched, name of the person, contact no., total no. of goods to
be despatched, total value of the challan.
5. On receiving the request Ms. Neha shall send the road permit.
6. Upon receipt of the road permit please despatch the faulty CPEs/modems for
repairs to the address mentioned in IInd slide of this presentation.
7. Once the faulty material is shipped Ms. Neha should be informed on mail and Ms.
Devinder should be there in cc always.
NOTE: Obtaining road permit is mandatory in case the value of the
consignment is Rs. 25000/- or more than that.

ISSUANCE OF ROAD PERMIT

1. Please mention the name and type of the modems to Ms. Neha.

2. Part no. of the units

5. address where to send the road permit

6. contact person and contact no. of the person to whom the road permit is
required to be despatched
NOTE : PLS. DO NOT SEND THE BROKEN, DAMAGED OR BURNT MODEMS FOR
REPAIRS. THEY SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED FOR REPAIRS.

Do’s and DON’Ts FOR ROAD PERMIT

1. Use Road Permit for value more than Rs – 25000/-

2. Return back Road Permit with in 30 days if it is not used.
3. Do not send any material valued Rs -25000/- or more without
Road Permit.
4. Send your confirmation of receipt of this Road Permit.
5. If Road Permit not received by us with in 30 days (use or unused) a
penalty of Rs -1000/- per week shall be imposed on the
person/organisation.
6. If any material received with out Road Permit a panelty of Rs. -1000/-
shall be imposed on the person/organisation
7. In case of lost Road Permit Provide us FIR copy and undertaking
otherwise you shall be liable to pay panelty if any imposed by Sales
Sales Tax Deptt. for the misuse of the same.
8. The Person who shall request for the road permit shall be completely
responsible even if you have handed it to other person.
