Performing artist Adaj E. Tyrelle, singer, song writer, mc rapper, music collaborator, and soul
sister of Rhythm and Blues discusses the meaning behind her music and how the life she holds wouldnt
be what is today if it wasnt for her passion. She shared with Vibe magazine Music is a moral law. also
Music that speaks what cannot be expressed helps me escape from the reality I live in. To think words
with such inspiration would inspire an intelligent, multitalented, and genuine women is breath taking.
Born and raised for 8 years in the projects of Flatbush, downtown Brooklyn was pretty rough especially
with the pressure on making these dreams of hers becoming a reality.
Growing up as humans all we ever have is dreams, growing up as humans pursuing those
dreams you will achieve greatness. Adaj concluded in her story. Her dream started since she was a little
girl. At age 12 in 7

grade attending Ralph G. Reed Middle school in the town of Central Islip, she
wanted to become acknowledge by her voice rather than sports then eventually signed up for talent
shows and plays. At the age 18 her senior year of High school, Adaj E. Tyrelle decided that talent shows
was a step but not enough to take her where she knew she couldve been. Launching that idea of
becoming exposed with the talent she carries, this young talented artist decided making YouTube


channels, sound clouds of her music, and making an appearance on T.V,s #1 top entertainment
programs The Voice.
While the life of fame becomes more publicly known for Adaj she discovers her inspiration in
music and questions how such talent can keep her motivated. Jhene Aiko took Adaj E. Tyrelle to a part
