    Who's here today? Has Bobo come to school today?


    How are you today?
    Say hello to Bobo
    Is Bobo at home?
    Why? Is he ill?
    Has he got the flu/ a temperature/a bad tommy(stomach)? Did he go to the doctor's?
    What did you do yesterday/at the weekend?
    Did you have a good time? Did you enjoy yourself?
    What did we do yesterday at school? Did you like it?


    What's the weather like today? -How is the weather today?
    Is it sunny/rainy/stormy/hot/cool/chillycold/freezing/windy......?*
    The weather is nice/bad/awful...today
    Let's have a look through the window.
    Can you see the sun/rain/clouds...?
    Let's put the hand outside the window...Is it chilly/cold/warm/hot?
    Do you like sunny/rainy/hot/cold...weather? Why?

    cool - It is cool outside. The weather is pleasant and you don't need a jacket to be comfortable.

    chilly - It is chilly outside. You need a jacket or sweater to be comfortable.

    cold - It is cold outside. You need a coat in order to be comfortable and stay warm.

    Freezing- It is freezing outside. You need a coat, boots, scarf, hat, gloves....Better to go inside
