Learning Log 2

In our 3 hours of observation, we are just able to check all the
exams of the students handle by Mr. Luciano. In order for the student
to graduate the subject, every quarter the teacher conduct an
examination to test the students knowledge if they are qualify to pas
the subject taught by the teacher. Examination is also the based if the
teacher taught well and learned by the students. It is hard to be a
teacher, you strived hard to teach your student but the student itself
didnt help to improve their learning.
I had a lot of thing Ive learned in my observation. As a
teacher, you must know your student because knowing them is one
way to get their attention and to get information to improve their
strategy. It is also better to have a motivation which is related to your
lesson and you can create a new strategy to improve the learning skills
of the students. Teaching is facilitating learning and the qualities of
good teaching are defined in terms of whether students learn or not.

Our observation started with the discussion of our critic
teacher afterwards he precedes for his practicum. Today, he taught
about MUSIC to his students. And because his lesson is about music,
technology is very useful. Technology now is useful in the teaching
process of the teacher, not only on the teacher but also to the students
when it is properly used.
The teacher should be resourceful in her own way to
enhanced student learning. Effective teaching is determined within the
limits and opportunities found in the learning environment.

Different actions and strategies as teachers are effective in
helping their students learning. Today, we are in 3 hours in our
observation in different section handle by Mr. Luciano. The same grade
level and the same lesson but he uses different strategies with the
same thought.
A teacher teaching involves reflective consistent application
and flexible application of knowledge in ways that bring about student
learning.
