1. Distribute A Handout
Handing out a hand out will force those who you are presenting to to pay attention. Its better
to distribute the handout before you began speaking.
2. Make A Readable Presentation
When youre information on the slides is too small you automatically create a lot of issues for
yourself. Your audience will be lost and repeating yourself will become essential.
3. Make Your Message Clear
Dont drowned your information in the designs of PowerPoint. Dont allow all of your design to
distract the audience from the central messages.
4. Create An Order
Make sure that your project flows. Dont just throw information at the audience make sure it is
in a logical order to make it easier for the audience to follow along.
5. Dont Make It LONG
Having a long presentation will bore the audience over time. Make sure you point out key points
and dont make the presentation longer than it really has to be.
