Toner and Spare Part Maintenance
- We used refill toner for LaserJet Printer in the hotel with competitive price and got free maintenance
from the supplier.
2. Our People
Attend Online Training related with IT
- Until this month, there is no online training from Corporate. But there are Technology manager meeting at
6-8 November 2013.

Monitor Heartbeat on daily basis in related with internet.
- Every Day checking the heartbeat scores for internet, and do the spot check to the rooms which got low
scores).
Refresh Training for Internet Troubleshooting in every 3 months
- Intertouch refresh training at 12

July 2013 next will be In october 2013.

CSA Checklist Consistency
- Once in two weeks checking the IT CSA points.
