distinguished professionals from the industry, held in
IFIM Business School

landscape of Business Finance and Business Management at 2.00 pm.
The deliberation was on between Mr. Kamlesh Dangi group chief people
officer of Religare Enterprises, Mr. Charan Singh GM HR Bank of India, Dr. R S
Nirjar Ex- Chairman AICTE, and Dr. Satish Kumar, Dean Research and Internal
Affairs IFIM Business School. Our very distinguished Mr. Viren NaidU., the
editor of Times Of India, Who anchored the backbone of the entire session
who put his best to get the most from the three panels, Say on MBA gives a
self edge in the corporate world How true is that? How to bridge the
employment ability gap making the students more job ready. Thus our
distinguished panel members gave them certain views of getting course skill or
social media or vocational skill besides education.

Again, how corporate industry &media works together?
It is expected by a company for a total personality, knowledge and
skill and thus for the recruiters it is important to keep it on mind. Thus, putting
the key factor of personality development the basic foundation of schooling
and college plays a key role. As the skills can be taught later but the personality
and nature of one cannot be changed. Unfortunately, the government paying a
less salary or not providing the facilities they act indifferent to their profession
as well the method for choosing a right teacher is very poor. So, thus the early
foundation remains poor and the behavioural skills remains zero. Thus quality
of facultyis required to upskill the students to impart education. The IFIM
college is taking initiatives like PEP (attitude based program) to put students on
the right attitude
Because say after graduation when we step in the corporate field after college,
he has to accessible; knowledgeable and also behave well so as to ideas and
bring perspective in a manner is acceptable. So, as if a guy from small town or
Bangalore its very different for an employer to gaze with one hour to tell he
can deliverthat job or not. Variation in Institutes ,we need to bridge the
gap.Dr.Nirjar took pride stating that Indian education in graduate level is the
best in world.they can adjust in evry part of the world.eg NASA but its sad that
our students are turning their head towards the foreign institutes as it is like a
trend nowadays.Followed by a short break where Mr. Rajkamal was
reviewedwed by the upcoming journalist frm IFIM B School UG program.right
after that the second panel started where analytics in a dynamic business
environment deliberated on will the day be there when each indivsual would

HAS ALWAYS BEEN the land of Entrepreneurs. However most entrepreneurs

meet. Themes are changing and a new ecosystem is evolving to support
entrepreneurship in India. It was discussed that what are the possible means
use as the aspirants pursuing entrepreneurship has no backup plans. On top of
that use have a stigma of failure in society- but as we knew all the
extraordinary things are done by ordinary people. A true entrepreneur who
still walks after failure. India is fast becoming the next destination for global
corporations to satiate their appetite for capitalist growth. Then again
Bangalore is also emerging as the next start up capital of the world and is
already abuzz with activities associated with entrepreneurship. It was also
