1) What is an investment banking?
Investment banking is a financial market activity where bank
examines a business entity. It seeks the latters financial health to determine
prices whether it is sound for investing.





2) What does an investment banker do?
Since investment banks examine the financial stability of a company,
investment bankers are in charge of the transactions made by securities
issuer and purchaser. They make sound decision for a companys
investments.
