space can be determined by remote observation. We created models and amassed a large amount
of data to see whether this theory was valid.

environment that had minimal to no changes in set up and procedure.
3. Data Collection Techniques, Surveys: After receiving help through a call center, I was asked to
take an online survey to describe my experience and opinion of the service provided me. This was
for the company to get an idea of how effective their help service is as well as how well their
employee assisted.
4. Research ethics, Informed consent: When I participated in studys for extra credit for my General
Psychology class, I was given a consent form to read over and sign before each study.
5. Defining the Job, Descriptions and Specifications: After doing research for the career fair, I am
used to researching job positions by reading the descriptions of the positions and specifications of
what the job entails.
6. Context of Work: While job hunting and internship hunting, I found I was more interested and
comfortable applying to positions that gave thorough context of the interpersonal relationships,
physical work conditions, and structural job characteristics relating to the job.
7. Job evaluation, point system. Employees at the company I interned for were given yearly
evaluation with a point system of 1-4, 4 being exceeded job expectations to 1 being unsatisfactory
performance.

based on accumulation and consistency of performance scores.
