As your childs Agriculture Mechanics Skills teacher, I would enjoy the opportunity to
arrange a home meeting with you. I realize you probably have a very busy schedule, but any time
that you can set a side would be great!
This visit would only need to last about a half an hour, unless arranged otherwise by you. The
meeting will provide an opportunity for me to answer any questions you may have, and to inform
you and your child of all the fun opportunities available to your son or daughter to learn, experience
leadership, and grow within themselves. Your child has many of these opportunities within the
Hilmar FFA.
After I have received this appointment card back from your son or daughter, I will give you a
call to schedule a date. I look forward to meeting with you and your child to discuss their future in
the agriculture department and FFA!
