ORDER

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Commercial
Taxes, Hyderabad in the reference 2

read above, Government after careful
examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of
Commercial Taxes, to occupy the private building of Sri G. Bala Raju, situated
in Dowderpally Grampanchayat, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District admeasuring
6100 sft with a rent of Rs. 6/- rent per Sq. feet per month with 5% increase for
every two years for the office of the CTO, Gadwal as a special case in
relaxation of rules.

2. The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.

3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Exp.PW.II)
Department vide their U.O. No. 18679/739/Exp.PW.II/ 2013, dt 30.07.2013.
