1.Have you ever experienced participating in any community service project before? If yes,
what was it? What did you learn? If no, what are the reasons why you did not engage
yourself in any community service project?
Yes, I have participated in different community service projects before. I have been exposed
into different outreach programs since Ive been in this institution. I have joined different
immersions and I have also experienced teaching the other children on how to write and read.
Those activities, most specially the immersion (going to different areas in the community) serve
as a way for me in order to be exposed into the real world. I have learned to relate to other
people and it helped me to experience the way of their living. It made me realize the realities of
life. And most of all, those activities serve as a motivation for me to strive harder into my
studies in order for me not to experience those and for me to be able to help them someday.
2.If you are to choose among the NSTP components at this time, what will you choose? Why?
I will choose Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) and Literacy Training Service (LTS) because
both of these components have a great help in the community. The CWTS is a great help in the
community in order for the facilities to be enhanced. While on the other hand, the LTS is also a
great help for the out-of-school-youth children for them to learn even if they are not going to
school.

I, Lizette April O. Carpio, as a valuable source of our nation, hereby pledge to be a more
productive college student of LCCT not only in academics but also in my daily living.
I shall always aim for what is the best not only for myself but also for the others.
I shall treat others with respect and kindness.
I shall commit myself into different community service projects for me to reach out for them.
I shall be a good Filipino citizen showing the different LCCIANS values in order to have a happy
living.
