Abstract:
A dinamic simulation mogel for the brushless dc(BLDC) motor drives using Matlab is
presented. In this model, an entire BLDC motro drive, including power conversion unit,
BLDC motor, and speed / torqu control system is investigated. The detailed modeling
method is explained and its actual implementation is described.

Hin nay trn th gii c nhiu nghin cu nhm ci tin, ti u ho h iu khin
ng c BLDC nh: phng php iu khin ng c BLDC khng dng cm bin v tr roto ca
J.P. Johnson; nghin cu gim thiu s dao ng ca momen cho ng c BLDC tuy nhin
nhng nghin cu v tnh cht ng ca h thng truyn ng cho ng c ny cn cha c
cp nhiu. Do trong bi bo ny trnh by nghin cu bng m phng tnh cht ng ca h
thng truyn ng vi ng c BLDC.
2. Cu to v nguyn l lm vic.

khi roto quay tng t nh vnh gp chi than.

3. M phng h thng truyn ng ng c mt chiu khng chi than (BLDC).
Di y xut m hnh iu khin ng c mt chiu khng tip im v cch thc hin
n. c bit vic m phng b bin i PWM c thc hin bng hm ng ngt. S pht trin
ca m hnh di dng cc m dun nn c th d dng m rng phm vi m phng cho nhng bi
ton m phng ng c khc ch vi thay i nh.





















3.1. S chc nng h thng iu khin ng c BLDC.
Trn Hnh-5 trnh by s khi cho vic iu khin ng c khng chi than BLDC. S
bao gm 7 khi chc nng: Khi sc phn in ng EMF; khi dng pha; khi iu khin tr
dng; khi nghch lu PWM,l
khi chnh lu c iu khin, khi iu khin momen/ tc ; khi pht dng n cc van bn
dn v diode.
Khi chnh lu c iu khin bin i in p xoay chiu tn s cng nghip sau lc
cp in p mt chiu cho khi bin i.
Khi bin i c nhim v bin i ngun in p mt chiu u vo thnh ngun in p
xoay chiu ba pha c tn s mong mun cp cho ng c BLDC.
Khi iu khin dng iu chnh bin v pha ca cc dng in stato. C hai phng
php chnh: B iu chnh dng c c tnh tr v b iu chnh dng PI c khu so snh. Khi
dng b iu chnh dng c c tnh tr th h thng t c cht lng cao.
Khi iu khin momen/tc vi tn hiu u vo gm dng in cc pha, cc sc phn

Khi dng pha thc hin hm ton m t ng c BLDC, c tn hiu vo l cc in p dy
c iu chnh t khi iu khin tr dng, cc tn hiu sc phn in cc pha. Tn hiu ra t
khi ny l cc dng pha, c s dng nh tn hiu phn hi dng cho cc khu x l khc nh:
khi iu khin tr dng, khi dng chuyn mch & diot, khi iu khin momen - tc .
Khi sc phn in ng tnh ton sc phn in trn cc cun dy stato ng vi gc quay
ca roto. Di y ta xt tng khi mt.
3.2. B bin i dng IGBT
Trn hnh 6 l cu trc mch cng sut ca h thng bin i iu khin ng c BLDC ba
pha.Thit b gm 6 van IGBT c ni theo s cu.
