Warranty covers 3 types of containers in our fleet:
Thermoking MP3000
Thermoking MP 4000, and
Carrier Elite and Prime Line

All parts removed must be photographed (emphasis on serial number & bar
code sticker), and all details - SNs, type/make/model - noted in the report.
The part must then be tagged with Report #, Vsl name/voy, Contr number and
date removed, and prepared for landing along with all reports at
Barrios/Castilla/Cortes where an exchange part will be delivered. Vessel to
maintain record on board in digital format.

Also, ensure the date of repair is correctly noted on the repair form... the
accuracy of that date is critical to avail warranty.

And, please always copy to Doles representatives in Barrios/Castilla/Cortes
with all M&R reports.
REPAIRS ON BOARD ON REEFER UNITS UNDER WARRANTY COVERAGE

REPAIR REPORTS:
Any repair on board must be reported on the log report:
A copy must be delivered to each port(Cast/CTS/Barrios/GFP)

Any problem must be reported immediately to the first officer.

Any repair on units under warranty must be mail to the port where the unit was
exported.

TEMP REPORTS:
Daily two temperatures reading must be done on all running refrigerated cargo
(North and South bound) : 07H00 and 19H00

The readings must be registered in the following format and must be presented
to first officer.

Any problem must be reported immediately to the first officer.

The copy of temperature records must be delivered in Gulfport and Pto.
