Amended Complaint [Doc. 44], filed on March 23, 2009. Pursuant to the findings and
conclusions set forth in the Memorandum Opinion and Order which accompanies this Rule 58
J udgment;
IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendants Motion to Dismiss the First
Amended Complaint [Doc. 44] is hereby GRANTED, thereby resulting in dismissal of this case,
and thus disposing of this case in its entirety.
