    Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the
    Election Commission of India has placed on record a
    copy of letter dated 16

    September 2014 addressed
    by the Election Commission of India to the Chief
    Secretaries of all the States and the Chief Electoral
    Officers of all the States. The letter is also

    addressed to all the recognized National and State
    Political Parties. In the said letter, the Commission
    has reiterated that it shall be ensured by political
    parties and election officials that no child is involved
    in the election process. The learned counsel
    appearing for the Election Commission of India seeks
    time to file an affidavit in terms of the said
    statement. He seeks time to take instructions as
    regards the action which can be taken in the event
    there is a breach of the said direction. Learned
    counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission
    to amend the Petition for impleading the all the
    Recognised National and State Political Parties.
    Amendment to be carried out within a period of
    three days from today. Place the Petition for hearing
    as to interim relief on 30

    Advocate for the Petitioner shall serve private notice
