1.) The Grounds for impeachment are the following; Culpable violation of the
constitution, treason, briber, graft and corruption, other high crimes, or betraal

removed from office b impeachment.

impeachment proceeding is onl initiated once within one ear duration.
).) *o. The +nti#Graft Court is not a ,Constitutional court-, but it is a $tatutor
Court and created not b the Constitution but b statute, althrought its creation is
mandated b the Constitution.
..) /nder the Contitution, the &ffice of the &mbudsman as a independent bod
has the to appoint all officials and emploees of the office of the ombudsman
e0cept his deputies.
5.) (es. The &mbudsman who has the power to investigate also has the power to
impose a preventive suspension. The preventive suspension the &mbudsman can
impose is not a penalt which is different from the suspension reffered to in
section 1)1)) which is a penalt.
