Judging details
1. The details of the judging category that you would be evaluating are as follows:

2. Exhibition category to be judged:

3. The judging session starts at 11.00 am. However judges are invited to attend the
opening ceremony which will start at 9.00a.m. (tentatively). Please refer to the
tentative event flow attached.

4. Judges are only required to judge on 10
th
December 2014 only, tentatively from
9.00am to 5.00pm. Judges may leave anytime after finishing the judging session.
However, judges are encouraged to stay back to have a look at the other exhibitions
available.

5. All judges are invited to attend the opening ceremony of SEDEX 34 at

Judging limitations
6. Judges are allowed to ask any questions pertaining to the groups project. Judges are
allowed to discuss among themselves regarding the allocation of marks. Judges
should time themselves during the judging process. SEDEX Public Relation Officers
(PRO) will aid the judges in timing. This is to ensure that equal amount of time are
given to judge each participant.
