How to make chiroti

Ingredients:
Maida
Wheat flour
Salt
Ghee
Water
Oil
Preparation:
Mix the maida and wheatflour 3:1 proportion with salt of your taste and water and knead the dough like
the chapatti dough, after the kneading , keep it for hour for the settling the mix.
Then take the dough , just like making puris and roll it in a roller pin and fry in the ghee and oil mixer.
Then serve the chiroti with full cream milk and ghee.
