5. (6 pts.) Convert the following decimal number a) first to binary, and b) then to base 12, rounding

7. (12 pts.) Consider the 12 bit signed 2s complement binary numbers A = 0101 1111 0100 and B = 1100
1101 1001. Perform the following operations, and note if there is an overflow:
