BAYLEAF HOTEL
(HOTEL IMMERSION)

September 14-15 2014 we had hotel immersion in Bayleaf
Hotel located in Intramuros, Manila, the staff of the hotel
welcomed us with a warm smile. 9:30am we had a seminar inside
the function room- it is clean and perfectly arranged, there is one
staff that guides us. The seminar is about do and don`t , what are
the task of each staff inside the hotel. The speaker used technique
that helps them communicate well with the listeners and that is a
good thing because they can clarify if the listeners can understand
what they are saying. 12:00pm we had our lunch in function
room, the food are great. 4:00-5:00pm we checked in. they give
us card that we used to ride in elevators and to open our room.
The room that assigned for us is clean, the pillows and blanket etc
are all organized and the smell is fragrant. In our dinner the food
taste good, and looks good. The facilities are clean and pleasing
in the eyes. The staff in the bayleaf hotel are nice, they greet and
answer your question with a warm smile, but still there is negative
side we checked in so late because the given time is 2:00pm and I
have limited actions there is always a specific time for everything
but over all I would like to check in or stay again in Bayleaf Hotel
because they have good staff and also they treat their guest as their
family.
