1. First round was a GD. Topic- India vs. China, will India be able to overtake China?
2. Video Conferencing with 2 team members in Delhi- General questions. Tell me something about
yourself. Internship. Where and What research have you done before? Why Research? Any negative side
or backdrop of Research that you can think about?
3. Interview with Manager- I had more questions than the Manager. Cleared all my doubts. Then he
asked about what Research have you done? What were the sources? I told him about Bharti Airtel.. He
asked me the various parameters on which i evaluated... the ARPU of Voice & Data Services. They also
asked us to rank the other competitors that were there. There were 3 other people from Dalmia and 1
from Welingkar.
4. VC with Regional Head from Singapore- Very general.. about myself and the profile
5. Another Interview with the manager- This lasted for 1.5 hrs. He gave me situations and how would i
perform research in that case. He saw my Airtel File (Valuation) and was very impressed. Asked about
my future plans.
6. Round with HR- Typical HR round- strengths & weaknesses. How would you prioritise your work? What
is important when working with others? etc.
