Infratentorial
Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.
Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.
Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.
Supratentorial
Hyperdense area of blood density is seen in left temporal region .Thin layer of bleed
is seen along inner table of skull in left temporo-parietal region The maximum
thickness measures 4mm .

asal cisterns are seen normally.
Third and both lateral ventricles are seen normally.
!o midline shift is seen.
Bony architecture
!o obvious fracture is seen.
OPINION:
