U900 Cells
2. Calculate average distance from intra frequency
neighbor relation (UINTRAFREQNCELL) for U900 cells
3. Compare / Percentage from average TP (number 1)
compare / divide with average distance of
UINTRAFREQNCELL
4. Classified for percentage result :
a. < 40 % , propose to uptilt if RET Value >=90 and
Utilization <= 30 %
b. Between >= 40 % to < 100 %, no action
c. > 100% , propose to downtilt with Ec/No worst
than -10
5. Set the priority of RET Changing based on
parameter
