Project Reflection
I was in-group 1 and we covered of header and footer, which was
somewhat, a basic task to take care of it. The header and footer was basically
printed at the top frequency used to display document titles, page numbers and
other various text or graphics depending on the type of document. It is also
required different material sure as Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor with at least a 32 bit
of color.
For the header we went through the steps and instructions make it easier
to access each of the process, which instructions, which include; Opening a
document, click on the insert tab in the upper left area, Locate the header and footer
on the top right of the screen, Select the drop down of the header section, from the
bottom below and select the second from the last called view master, a header will
appear at the bottom, double click on the document and type required text in the
space and continue your normal work.
Also for the footer we has a similar approach which is repeat the same
step from the footer, click on the footer tab, and scroll on all the way on the bottom
click on whisp and the footer will appear on the bottom of the page and type
whatever you want to type. Furthermore, for our usability test, the first person that
tested our project indicated that the pictures were helpful, to avoid redundant
wording and pictures were perfectly dedicated. The second person that view our
project also it had good navigation, but we should change step 2 and 3 because of
redundant wording and image. We did so by changing all this errors and revising the
project to have it more effective and flow able to whoever reading it.
