Vision
Cohort 24 will support each
other in our quest for
development of leadership,
professional growth, and
successful completion of the
Doctorate program by the end
of 2017.
Mission
The cohort will utilize grit, personal, and
academic accomplishments throughout the
Wilmington University EdD program. We
will use integrity, authentic self, and
audacious leadership to achieve this vision.
Technological resources will be applied to
enhance our understanding of the field of
educational leadership. We will support each
other in the pursuit of global understanding,
and collaborate to interpret the ELCC
standards, as it applies to our workplace.
