Dear Sir:

I am writing in behalf of my husband, _________, who contracted an
agreement with your office for the construction of our house at

True to our word, we religiously paid the equity for our account from
___________ until ____________, with a total of ____________. In
accordance with the agreement, your company will start its construction
after we fully paid the said equity and the construction will be finished 6
months from the last payment or equity.

However, it is already the sixth month, yet your company has not
constructed the house we asked you to construct. Hence, we decided to
terminate our contract with your company due to lack of trust and violation
of the contract we agreed upon.

In this regard, we demand for the full refund of _____________, to be paid
in full and not by instalment, without the deduction of Commission released
amounting to ___________ considering that your company failed to comply
with our agreement.
