SURGE ARRESTOR
Surge arrestor is also used to protect the BTS from
the lightning or thunder storms.
It provides two way communication i.e.
Transmission and reception but if lightning takes
place it stop the two way communication and start
connectivity with ground to ground the lightning.
We have to change the surge arrestor after the
lightning takes place.
