Digital natives refer to the age group that are born after the general
introduction of digital technology (M Prensky, !!"#$ %hey are very
native in digital &orld, but it does not 'ean they are able to learn
&ith digital technology e(ectively$ )ll &e concern to learn &ith use
of *C%$ +ithout proper infor'ation literacy, one 'ay 'isuse the *C%
and hence *C% hinders the learning,

As an educator, we cannot oppose this ongoing trend. I suggest we should jump out of
the traditional teaching framework. Transfer of knowledge should not be one way
only. Teachers can be the facilitator on the collaboration between students (Anderson ,
200!. "or e#ample, a teacher can carry out a project. The teacher assigns a topic, and
group the students and urge them to take photos or $ideo clips and upload to a social
media platform for sharing.
