3 System solution
a. Classification or categorization of sticky notes
We proposed that the sticky notes should be categorized into groups or folder after a
new note is added. The category may be differed based on user interest, for instance
the user may categorize the notes based on date modified (same month),
alphabetical order or type. Besides, a colour option feature will be designed to
differentiate the category of the notes. This is important because the categorization
ease the process of retrieving the note created.

b. Instructions or cues to facilitate enhance usability
An instruction or help icon will be provided in the improvised version of sticky notes.
All information of how to add, delete and categorize the notes will be displayed once
the users click on the icon to promote the learnability which is the ease of novice
user can understand how to use the system (Dix, A., Finlay, J. Abowd, G. D., &
Beale, R., 2004). The information is essential for the first time user of the
application as they do no familiar with the operation.

c. Alarms for reminders to alert users on important time and dates
As the notes added do not possess alarm or any notification function, this cause the
users miss the important date. We have planned to add in reminder option whether
the user wanted to be notified on the day or a day before the important date. An
alarm clock icon will be designed to indicate the reminder function.

Our group suggest that we will be using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, Android SDK
and Eclipse to create the android mobile apps. In order to create the application, basic C++,
Java and HTML language knowledge is needed to operate the software mentioned above.
