1.) Background/Overview

The Spelling Bee is the production that will kick off the Ateneo Blue Repertorys
(blueREP) 2014-2015 season. Fans of musical theatre can be found all over the
world, especially in the college setting. blueREP is the organization the specializes in
addressing the fans needs whenever it comes to musical theatre. Every year, it
holds a season wherein the organization produces shows which theatre fans inside
and outside the Ateneo can watch. The season begins with the premiere, which for
this year is the 25
th
Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

2.) Objective

blueREP wants its audiences to simply watch the Spelling Bee show and gain profit
and appreciation it to be used for its future shows.

3.) Target Audience

The show targets everyone who wants a good, simple, and affordable show.
