There is two types of traditional drinks, hot and cold drinks.
Warm Drink: n Java, a warm drink is known as wedang. Wedang can be
enriched with a variety of spices that are available in the local area.
Cold Drink: fruit juices are very popular and are known as desserts. Fruit juices
are made of guava, oranges, avocado, etc.. combined with condensed milk.
Wine and Alcoholic beverages are not very popular in ndonesia for it is a
Muslim country. Although, there are few wineries in ndonesia. n Bali there is a
number of vineyards north coast who generally make wine without flavoring or
colouring them.

Bubur Ayam- from blue-collar workers to government ministries, almost

chicken, pork, and meat. Everything in their food has have meat like chicken,
pork, or beef.

the day. When they do have 3 main meals, they
prepare dishes in the middle of the table like
us. They eat at their tables, like us, but some
