Manager
You will need to order ViCS access via Gordon
You will need to have a soft or hard token. Order via Gordon

computer

Manager
You will need to order ViCS access via Gordon
You will need to have a soft or hard token. Order via Gordon

Refresh vs software
upgrade
When your hardware reaches end of life
it is time to exchange it.
Software upgrade means that you
reinstall your existing hardware.
The software upgrade process occurs
when your hardware has not yet reach
end of life but is within scope to be
updated.
The process when you received new
hardware is called refresh.
