Group Video Project
Assignment

Your task for the next two weeks is to create a video production,
which presents a modern interpretation of a Shakespearean play
in which you find appealing.

What do I need to do? ....

1) Firstly, you will need to create a Quick Guide to Shakespeare,
in the form of a PowerPoint presentation, which you will use to
present all of your research about Shakespeare himself, and the
many significant plays in which he wrote.

2) Secondly, you will decide which Shakespearean play you find
most appealing, and think of ways to modernize this play, adapting
elements of the play such a setting, characters and plot.

3) You will then need to create a script and storyboard of your
video project, so you can plan what will be shown in every visual
aspect of your production, and what narration, or acting will be
involved in each scene.

4) You will present your video project to the class, and will be
provided with a marking rubric to assess other students and their
presentations.
