Shun Hing Life and Beauty Co.

The Shun Hing Group, which also goes by Shun Hing or the Group, is a Hong Kong-based
company, that is made up of thirteen subsidiaries. Those subsidiaries include home appliances,
audio-visual products, telecommunications systems, furniture, engineering, contracting,
appliance servicing, logistics, advertising, system installation, maintenance, property investment
and property management.

In 1953, Shun Hing was originally established by Dr. William Mong as the distributor for what is
now Panasonic Corporation. The company has grown immensely in the 60 years after its
creation. Currently, the Vice Chairman of the company is David Mong Tak Yeung, the son of
late Dr. Mong. Their corporate mission is to work in efforts of excellence as a supplier of office
and industrial electronics in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

The latest addition to the Shun Hing Group is Shun Hing Life and Beauty Co., Ltd. with its
establishment in September of 2014. The goal of SHLAB is to provide people pursuing a
healthy, beautiful lifestyle with quality products. SHLAB consists of six product lines; PAO,
Refa ACTIVE, ReFa, CAXA UP, Obleu and CUVILADY. The PAO is the newest product line
that focuses on facial fitness with its rhythmically shaking weight that is meant to tone facial
muscles.
