Paperless Bills Available on SallieMae

The Statement of Account is not mailed. It is available on SallieMae or MyUCSC. Students can sign up for
SallieMae e-bill and e-check payment by logging into MyUCSC.
Fall Registration Fees
E-bills for spring quarter charges will be viewable on Sallie Mae on August 22. Undergraduate registration
fees are due by 4 p.m. on September 25. A late registration fee of $50 is assessed after the due date.
Check for Enrollment Holds
To prevent delays in enrolling, check MyUCSC for enrollment holds before priority enrollment begins and
take action to clear your holds before your appointment time.

We recommend ePay at UCSC ePay/eBill: When you view your bill on the UCSC ePay/eBill site, you can
choose to make an ePayment at that time. It is an eCheck payment. The payment information is sent to
UCSC and usually posted to your account within one to two business days. Please be sure to read the
instructions and use the correct information from your bank account (account type, routing number and
account number) to avoid delays or problems with your payment. There is a $0.95 convenience fee
charged when making an eCheck payment.
You can choose to mail in your payment to the Cashiers Office: Youll need to print a payment coupon
from the UCSC ePay/eBill site to send in with your payment. Including the payment coupon with your
payment ensures that your payment can be posted quickly and accurately to your account. Also, be sure to
put your Account/ID on your check. Checks should be made out to UC Regents.
Do not send cash or correspondence to the Cashiers Office. The Cashiers Office address is: Cashiers
Office, UC Santa Cruz, 1156 High Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95064
Or finally, you may pay in person at the Cashiers Office on campus or drop your payment into the outside
depository box.
